This facility requires the following vaccines: Rabies (16 weeks or older), DHLPP, Bordetella, Canine Influenza, and a clean fecal test (from the last 6 months). By checking this box, you confirm your dog is up to date on these requirements.

No Show Policy: I understand that no-shows will be charged in full. Failure to communicate before class time is considered a no-show. I need a 48hr notice to attempt to fill your space. If I am unable to fill your spot, then you will not receive a refund for cancelling.

I understand that working with dogs may entail certain risks of personal injury to myself or my dog(s). Urban Barn Hunt uses live rats in secure tubes. I will do everything to keep the rats safe. I hereby acknowledge my voluntary and informed assumption of full responsibility and liability regarding any injuries that I or my dog may incur coincident to my participation with Hannah and the rats and/or A Pleasant Dog. I hereby assume any and all risks associated therewith and expressly waive, release, discharge and hold harmless Hannah, the rats, and A Pleasant Dog, their members, agents, employees and assigns from and against any and all liability for loss, damage, injury, illness or claim of any nature whatsoever, however caused, arising out of, in association with, or related in any way to my involvement with its services.
