Which Location to Pickup From
Private events require at least 25 guests, each buying one scoop. If the $125 minimum isn’t met, the event host covers the difference—but don’t worry—you’ll get $5 gift certificates for the shortfall, so no one walks away empty-handed! (Rental fee of $300 is separate.)

"Payment Details"*Please let us know any special payment preferences. For example, you can set a maximum spend or restrict what guests can order. For private events, the Paradice Cream Van rental fee will be billed before the event, and the host will be billed for any remaining orders at the end of the event.
"Is this event private, semi-private, or open to the public?*"Private events: $300 van rental upfront (separate from scoops!). We need at least $125 in ice cream sales—about 25 cups. Shortfall? The host covers it, but everyone still gets their sweet treat fix!
