SURVEY FOR A WELLNESS APP
Hi everyone! Thank you for clicking on the link, I know survey’s can sound daunting or time consuming- but this one is for a great cause. I promise to not take too much of your time. For my final project at university, I’ve been challenged to create a platform tailored for a specific audience. If you are a woman, you might use apps such as flo or clue, that track menstrual cycles and offer advice and guidance via articles. I have decided that I want to explore this market and create something for my project that challenges what these apps already offer. I’d like to create a digital platform that women can access , but I need you to tell me as my audience, how you think this should look- and what it should include. Having endometriosis, I often wish I had a hub that offered personal data analysis, relevant advice, and tailored remedies. Because my audience needs to be niche, I have decided to tailor this app for women with endometriosis. Not only because women’s health is underrepresented, but because many conditions are usually categorised under one label. I want this to be a platform where endometriosis can have its main focus, and be a hub for the 1 in 10 who are diagnosed, or are wondering if they should be. PLEASE NOTE: even if you don’t have endometriosis, your feedback is equally as important to me. I’d love to hear a range of opinion. I do not ask for any personal details here. This survey remains anonymous. Answer as little or as much as you’d like. Thank you for participating!

Think about the aesthetic layout. How do you think this would be best formatted? Colour scheme, layout, sections, features, fonts etc
Do you think this concept works best as an app? Or could you see this as a magazine, Substack etc
What would motivate you to use the app regularly? (For example: reminders, personalised tips, daily logs, etc.)

Would you prefer the app to focus more on medical and symptom management or on lifestyle support and community connection-or a balance of both?
