  • Please have the following documents available and sent to us BEFORE your home goes on the market.
    • Property Information & Amenities Work Sheet Attached to prepare marketing materials & order title work.
    • Homeowner's Association documents (if available)- Covenants & Restrictions, Association Incorporation Documents & Bylaws...Email is great!
    • Name & phone number of your Homeowner's Association Management company or Board of Directors, a list of services (pool, park, etc.) provided by the Association & a fee schedule (if applicable).
    • Survey or Surveyor Location Report (may be with your title work- if available).
    • A floor plan of your home (if available). Home Depot can do this for you if you don't have one and want one.
    • A spare key(s) for the lockbox. Be sure to try it out first and be sure it is easy open/lock.
    • Copies of any recent services completed on your property (if available to show proof that items are in working order).
