  • Terms and Conditions

    1. Condition of Items
    All consigned furniture and home décor items must be clean, odor free, structurally sound, and in good saleable condition. The Furniture Haven LLC reserves the right to refuse any item at its sole discretion.


    2. Consignment Period
    The consignment period is 60 days. Pricing is determined by The Furniture Haven LLC, with input from the Consignor (for some items, an in-person assessment may be necessary). 
    Days 1–30: Full price
    Days 31–53: 25% off
    Days 54–60: 50% off


    3. Pickup of Items
    Consignors may pick up items at any time during the consignment period with 48 hours advance notice provided the item has not sold or is pending sale.
    After the 60-day consignment period, unsold items must be picked up within 7 calendar days. Items not picked up within this timeframe become the property of The Furniture Haven LLC.


    It is the responsibility of the Consignor to track consignment dates. The Furniture Haven LLC does not contact consignors regarding pickup.

    4. Commission & Payment - Payments are issued within 14 business days of sale by check, ACH or store credit.
    Commission is based on the final selling price:

    - Items selling for under $1,000: 50% Consignor / 50% Store
    - Items selling for $1,000 or more: 60% Consignor / 40% Store


    5. Liability
    All items are consigned at the sole risk of the Consignor.
    The Furniture Haven LLC assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, fire, water damage, or normal wear.


    6. Right of Refusal
    Items are accepted at the discretion of The Furniture Haven LLC and may be removed from the sales floor if they no longer meet store standards.
