Important Information
Full payment is required to secure your vendor space.
All vendor payments must be submitted no later than June 10, 2026.
Vendors must arrive by 11:30 AM for setup.
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, equipment, and setup materials unless otherwise stated.
Please note: All tents must not exceed 10' × 10' and must contain all your tables and chairs.
This is a rain-or-shine event. Rain date is June 21, 2026.
🚨 No Refund Policy
All vendor payments are non-refundable.
By submitting payment, vendors acknowledge and agree that fees will not be refunded for cancellations, no-shows, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. If the event is moved to the rain date, vendor registration will automatically transfer to the new date.
Space is limited and will be reserved on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
