At Salon on Venice, we are committed to providing beautiful, healthy hair and transparent communication. Color correction services are highly customized and often complex, especially when correcting previous salon work, at-home color, or when making a significant color change.

Because the full chemical history and internal condition of the hair may be unknown, color correction results cannot be guaranteed. This service is performed with the utmost care and professional judgment, and may require multiple appointments to safely achieve your desired result.

Color correction services are quoted and charged on an hourly basis, as the amount of time, product, and number of sessions required cannot be predicted in advance.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that color correction is a no-guarantee service due to the unpredictable nature of previous color history and hair condition.I understand that multiple appointments may be necessary to reach my desired result safely.I understand that this is an hourly service, and the total cost cannot be guaranteed beforehand.I understand that the process may affect the integrity of my natural hair, including possible dryness, breakage, or uneven results.I confirm that I have shared my complete hair history, to the best of my knowledge, including previous salon services, at-home color, and chemical treatments.I agree to follow my stylist’s professional recommendations and plan to work toward our color goals.I understand that my stylist may recommend specific products and at-home care to support this process, and that not following these recommendations may result in additional damage or compromised results.

Acknowledgment of Risk & Release

I understand the nature of color correction services and accept the potential risks involved. By signing this agreement, I consent to the service and release Salon on Venice, its owners, employees, and all stylists from liability related to the outcome of this color correction process, including hair condition or final color results.
