Please provide a detailed description of all the products you wish to sell. We approve specific items for sale and give priority to seasonal produce to ensure a good market mix.
Do you require your vehicle to remain beside your stall to trade?
If YES, please explain why it is critical for your vehicle, truck or trailer to remain with you whilst you trade. (Please note that space is VERY limited)

Are you selling edible produce or products which will require health approval from the Town of Vic Park? If you answer YES, you must ensure that your food business is registered with your local authority (i.e. with the local government that you live within).You must have current public liability insurance. You can only trade within the Town of Victoria Park at approved Events - please note that the Market Manager is required to advise the Town of which food businesses will be trading at least 5 days before each market. Therefore, if you miss this deadline you will not be able to trade. The Market Manager is required to collect the following documentation from you -* Food business registration certificate* Food safety supervisor details* Staff training evidence* Public liability insurance. There is NO FEE FOR THIS PERMIT.
