Primary Programmers will be teaching the students Scratch programming.
Scratch is the world’s largest coding community for children and a coding language with a simple visual interface that allows young people to create digital stories, games, and animations. Scratch promotes computational thinking and problem solving skills; creative teaching and learning; self-expression and collaboration; and equity in computing.
Registration opens on Monday March 9, 2026 at 5:00p.m. and closes on Sunday, March 15th at 5:00p.m. (or earlier if the 24 limit is reached).
Dates and Times: Tuesdays, March 17, 2026 to May 26, 2026 from 7:15a.m. to 8:05a.m. Classes will meet weekly, with the exception of school holidays and teacher in-service days. Room assignments will be emailed to parents before classes begin.
Suggested Donation: $20 (members)/ $25 (non-members) per student
