Arts on the Block is Artspace's annual block party event for all ages which celebrates the power of community and visual art. Historic City Market and Davie Street will come alive with local DJs, hands-on artist-led demonstrations, art exhibitions, art activities, food and much more. Attendees will be encouraged to shop and eat local with 30 artisan vendors, City Market retail stores and restaurants, and guest food trucks while exploring what the arts have to offer. Arts on the Block takes place on Saturday, April 18 from 12:00pm-5:00pm.

Please note: due to our partnership with existing City Market restaurants, vendors selling coffee, pizza, tacos, and burgers are not encouraged to apply
Vendor Guidelines + Details//
- Vendor fee will be due upon notification.
- We ask that vendors display their artwork or products in a professional manner that compliments the vision of their work.
- Selected vendors must be present for the duration of the event from 12pm-5pm.
- Set up is 9-11am and breakdown must be completed by 6:30pm.
- Vendors are responsible for all their sales transactions, i.e. cash, checks, and credit card sales.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tent weights, table, chairs, etc.
- Your artwork/products and set up must fit into the vendor space you selected.
- Food vendors will be required to complete a Temporary Food Establishment vendor permit through Wake County Dept. of Envrionmental Health & Safety.
- No refunds: refunds for vendor applications fees and vendor fees will not be issued.
- The event is rain or shine.
- Access to electricity will not be provided.
- Vendors agree that Artspace shall have the right to use vendor photos for publicity or marketing purposes.
