ABA MEDIA, IMAGE & LIKENESS RELEASE
(Parent / Guardian Authorization for Minor Participants)

This Media, Image & Likeness Release (“Release”) is entered into by the undersigned parent or legal guardian (“Guardian”) on behalf of the minor participant (“Participant”) in connection with participation in events, games, leagues, showcases, tournaments, training, or related activities operated, sanctioned, or promoted by the Academy Baseball Association (“ABA”) and/or Legacy Sports Initiatives LLC.

1. Grant of Rights
The Guardian hereby irrevocably grants to Academy Baseball Association (ABA) and Legacy Sports Initiatives LLC, and each of their respective owners, members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensees, successors, assigns, and affiliated entities (collectively, the “Released Parties”), the unrestricted right to photograph, film, record, capture, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, transmit, edit, modify, and otherwise use the Participant’s:

Video footage
Audio recordings
Likeness
Statistics
Biographical information
Game footage or highlights
in any medium now known or later developed, including but not limited to digital media, social media platforms, websites, broadcasts, print materials, promotional content, and marketing materials, for promotional, informational, educational, scouting, historical, or commercial purposes related to ABA and its partners.

2. Covered Partners, Organizations & Media Entities
This Release expressly extends to, and authorizes use by, ABA-affiliated partners, subcontractors, media entities, leagues, events, venues, and participating organizations, including but not limited to:

Young Gun Media
Doubted Athletes
Prep Baseball Report (PBR)
Perfect Game
East Cobb Baseball
Diamond Pro Media
Prospect Select
Participating teams, clubs, and academies, including but not limited to:

A3 Academy
TNXL Academy
FTB Academy
P27 Academy
Georgia Premier Academy
Kingsmen Academy
Diamond Sports Collective
Central Pointe Christian Academy
Wellington Sports Academy
ECA Academy
PDG Academy
Rays Collegiate

and any other current or future organizations, media outlets, or social-media operators engaged by ABA or Legacy Sports Initiatives LLC for the purpose of promoting players, teams, leagues, events, or competition.

3. No NIL Compensation or Endorsement
The Guardian acknowledges and agrees that:

No Name, Image, or Likeness (“NIL”) compensation is being offered, promised, or implied by ABA, Legacy Sports Initiatives LLC, or any partner entity.
The use of the Participant’s name, image, likeness, statistics, or media does not constitute an endorsement of any product, service, brand, sponsor, or commercial entity.
No employment, agency, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship is created by this Release.
Any promotion is strictly for informational, scouting, promotional, or league-related purposes.

4. No Approval or Compensation Required
The Guardian understands and agrees that:

No further approval is required prior to use of the Participant’s media or likeness.
No compensation, royalties, or payments will be owed now or in the future for such use.
ABA and its partners may edit, crop, combine, or adapt content without restriction.

5. Duration & Irrevocability
This Release shall be perpetual, worldwide, and irrevocable, and shall remain in effect for all current and future ABA-sanctioned participation unless revoked in writing by the Guardian, subject to prior uses already made.

6. Release of Liability
The Guardian hereby releases and holds harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the authorized use of the Participant’s name, image, likeness, or media, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or misappropriation.

7. Authority to Sign
The Guardian represents and warrants that they are the legal parent or guardian of the Participant and have full authority to grant this Release on the Participant’s behalf.

8. Governing Law
This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State designated by ABA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
