Presentation Information

By agreeing to speak at the conference you are confirming that the content of your presentation is your own and has not been copied from a third party and that you give us permission to record your participation, make the recording accessible after the event and use your name, likeness and biographic information with the recording (we confirm that your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws). Speakers who give permission to include their presentations in the conference library will gain 12 months of library access. If you wish to opt-out of making your recording accessible as part of this conference library, please indicate so below.

Audio Visual Equipment - The standard audiovisual set for the meeting room will include a lectern with a microphone and chairs for each panelist. Each panelist will have their own lavaliere mic. A laptop computer, projector, screen and wireless remote (for advancing slides) will also be provided for sessions that include a Power Point or other visual presentation. Note: Presentations will be run from the laptop at the A/V tech table in the back of the session room.

Copies of video or audio recordings will not be made available to speakers.
As a speaker of the event, Show Management will register you on your behalf.
