✨ 1. Appointment Policies
• Booking Requirements
All first time appointments must be booked through my Linktree booking link. Click on the “New Clients Start Here” link or click here!

All new clients must complete this form before their appointment so I can properly assess your nail health and recommend the best service.

✨ 2. Late Policy
• Grace Period: 10 minutes
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid overlapping with the next client.
• Excessive Tardiness:
Arrivals >15+ minutes will be marked as a no‑show and will need to be rescheduled.
NOTE: I truly do understand things happen beyond our control which can cause you to run behind or possibly create a situation to where you may need to cancel and reschedule. As long as you are communicating with me openly as soon as you can, I can work with any schedule without penalty of charging a no show/cancelation/late fee. (see terms for these fees below)
✨ 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance.
• Same‑Day Cancellations:
You can reschedule your appointment at any time. It is not guaranteed that I will be able to get you booked the following day or that week. At this point, I will do my best to get you back on my schedule at the first available opening.
• No‑Call/No-Shows:
May be restricted from future bookings. If you are a new client and have paid your deposit, you forfeit your $15 deposit and will need to pay a new deposit to reschedule again.
✨ 4. Service Guarantee
I stand behind my work and want you to love your nails.
• If you experience lifting, breakage, or issues within 72 hours, please contact me.
Repairs within this window are complimentary.
• After 72 hours, repair fees apply.
✨ 5. Nail Health Requirements
To ensure the best results:
Please arrive with clean, bare nails unless you booked a removal.
I do not work over damaged nails, infected nails, or nails showing signs of fungus.
If I determine your nails are not in a healthy condition for enhancements, I may recommend a nail rehab plan instead.
✨ 6. Enhancement Suitability
Every client’s nails, lifestyle, and goals are different.
• Not all services are suitable for every client.

• I reserve the right to decline a service if it is not appropriate for your nail health.
✨ 7. Children & Guests
To maintain a calm, safe, and sanitary environment:
- No extra guests unless approved in advance
No children unless they are receiving a service
✨ 8. Payment & Deposits
Deposits or booking fees are for new client appointments only. A fee of $15 is due at the time of booking. $10 of this fee will be applied towards the cost of your nail service and the remaining $5 is non‑refundable
Payments can be made via cash or debit/credit card. I accept all major credit cards. I do not accept checks.
✨ 9. Photography & Content
I love showcasing my work.
By booking, you agree that photos or videos of your nails may be used for social media, marketing, or educational purposes. Your face will never be shown without permission.
✨ 10. Hygiene & Sanitation
Your safety is my priority.
All tools are sanitized and disinfected according to state board regulations
Single‑use items are disposed of after each client
If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all policies listed above.
