Met Fest 2026
When: Saturday November 7th / Friday-early load in if desired 6-9pm. Event day of start/end times Sat-10a-6pm. Where- 10826 IL-71, Yorkville, IL 60560 (Hall Building) Load in- you can pull your vehicle all the way up next to the building to unload then park your car in the visitor’s parking lot. Cost- $100 discounted for reoccurring vendors. $140 for new vendors. Payment and application due upon APPROVAL of application. Invoices will be sent out for payment (payment due in 24 hours) If invoice isn’t paid in 24 hours it will automatically delete and you forfeit your spot. We ask that ALL vendors share/invite others to the event page on their personal and business social media to maximize full reach.

Business Description/Sale items/Service (this will be used on our website/social media pages. Please be descriptive of your items for sale & service ) if it’s not listed on here it cannot be taken out day/done of sale. Some items/services may not get approved if we have too many vendors doing the same thing. Currently we are not accepting any Crystal vendors. If you sell Crystal pendants, bracelets that doesn’t apply to you.

Vendors agree to be there for the event on 11/7/26 -Each exhibitor will be responsible for their own set up including tables and chairs. (We are NOT providing them this year) -Please feel free to be artistic/creative when it comes to your space as this would be representing your product/Service -Signs are allowed as you would have to set and provide those on your own8x10 space (day of we may be able to spread out a little) Please note that if you are using electricity you have to have the appropriate extension cords and make sure that you are taping all visible cords down so no one slips or gets hurt as you would be liable. Please note that if you are selling food you will be providing a License to do so and your sanitation certificate is up to code. Rules regulations and agreements: 1. I understand that this is a application, and it does not guarantee acceptance into the Expo. I will pay the full cost of the booth once I am accepted2. Set up time is as early as 7:00am MUST be ready to go by 9:30am BEFORE doors open. Breakdown is 6pm Saturday night. 3. The expo reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any product, company, service or presentation.4. Exhibitor(s) is liable for personal injury or lost/stolen/damaged goods and/or their own insurance5. Exhibitor(s) are responsible for meeting all city/state resale, licensing and health department requirements6. Exhibitor(s) are asked to assist with event promotion through newsletters, social media, web links etc7. We are not liable if event were to be canceled due to venue issues such as loss of power, or weather issues causing us to make a decision based on safety, acts of GOD, force majeure8. No refunds will be made 90 days prior to expoAgreeing to terms gives my permission to receive emails from the expo team, i understand my submission doesn’t automatically make it approved.
