NEW REFERRAL FORM
She Elevates Restoration Home accepts unhoused indivdiuals who require safe, structured, stable housing. There are shared and private bedroom option available. Client's will be removed from the premises if they use drugs on or around the unit, are violent, have weapons, or are noncompliant with She Elevates Restoration Home policies. She Elevates Restoration Home residents should be completely independent and able to complete all Activities of Daily Living.
