VOLUNTEER SIGN UP FORM

Join us as we go out into the community to give people the chance to speak on behalf of their loved ones. You can sign up for 1 or up to 4 families that you would like to be able to go and connect with. The call will be to take a flower, hand written card we will provide and a photo of families in Tulsa who have lost a loved one. We will spend up to an hour asking questions like “What was your favorite thing about (loved ones name) that you loved the most? What was their favorite thing to do? If you could tell them one thing…what would that be? The love, the healing and the Hope that you will be able to give that day is going to be Beautiful! Please sigh up below and we will contact you on the plans for the 28th. Share this with your friends and family and allow LOVE to be spread in our community.
