Participation is free of charge; however, registration is mandatory and closes on

The venue has a maximum capacity of 100 participants. Registration is accepted on a
first come, first served
basis and will close once capacity is reached.

In case of non-attendance without prior notice, a
no-show fee of EUR 25
will be charged.
Please note that photographs will be taken during the event. These images may be used for communication purposes on the websites of BIVEC-GIBET and Benelux Union. Participants who do not wish to be photographed are kindly requested to notify the organizers in advance by contacting
