WorkWell is a new coworking and community space from Dress for Success Oregon. We’re currently under construction and preparing for a soft launch.
Designed for women and gender-expansive people navigating work, life transitions, and economic challenges — whether you’re seeking stability, growing your career, or looking for a supportive place to work.

What is WorkWell?
A program-first coworking space that brings together:
- Flexible coworking & quiet focus rooms
- Career support, mentorship, and workshops
- Wellness and confidence-building resources
- Family-supportive features, including child watch
Some people come for support.
Others come to help make the space possible.
Many move between both.
How It Works
WorkWell is a fluid, opt-in model.
Some participants access the space and services at no cost through DFSO programs. Others choose to contribute financially when they’re able. There’s no visible difference in the space, and participation can change at any time.
Belonging is not based on income, employment, or donation.
WorkWell Sliding Scale Philosophy
WorkWell uses a sliding scale "pay as you can" membership model rooted in economic solidarity. Those with greater financial stability help support access for those who need to contribute less.
We recognize that financial circumstances are shaped by more than income alone, including assets, debt, family support, caregiving responsibilities, and systemic advantages or barriers. We ask members to consider these factors when choosing their contribution level.
We encourage contributing more if you have greater financial stability, assets, discretionary income, or organizational resources. We encourage contributing less if you are navigating financial hardship, caregiving responsibilities, debt, or systemic barriers.
This model allows WorkWell to remain accessible while sustaining a community built on shared investment in women's economic mobility and long-term stability.
