    • Time learning about our shelter animals
    • Education sessions on animal care and welfare
    • Animal interaction sessions
    • Enrichment making and creative projects
    • Opportunities to explore how CHS helps pets and our community

Campers will leave with new knowledge, new friends, and a deeper appreciation for animals.

    New Age Groups for 2026!
To create the best experience for every camper, our camp is now divided into two age groups: Juniors ages 7–9 and Seniors ages 10–12. This allows activities, discussions, and hands-on learning to be better matched to campers’ ages, interests, and skill levels—while keeping the same fun, compassionate focus you know and love.
