ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
You may arrive to set up your booth at 9 a.m. You must have booth ready to go by 11:00 a.m. Tear Down will occur 6pm-8pm “NO SOONER” Please provide your own Canopy “pop-up”, tables, table covers, displays, decorations, signs and equipment. This is an outdoor event and we require that you have a canopy. Please be sure to bring proper weights as it can get windy. No sale of food, alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, firearms, weapons, live animals or hazardous waste is allowed *All participants shall be responsible for collecting and paying state and local taxes.
Vendors will have a loading zone area on Williamson Ranch Drive near the vendor area. You will need to carry or truck your items to and from your booth from the loading zone.
