Sponsorship Terms
The sponsor agrees to pay the indicated sponsorship or donation amount made payable to Ezzard Cooper, XFIT Boxing LLC. The sponsor grants XFIT the right to use the sponsor's trade name, logo, and designs as well as a company description provided by the sponsor. The aforementioned may be used in any medium of advertising or marketing materials distributed in connection with XFIT and the specified event. XFIT agrees to use materials according to provided trademark usage guideline.
