Get excited, team — this is going to be an epic outdoor session 🌿🥾

Please come prepared for our bush walk by wearing comfortable walking shoes, bringing water, sunscreen, a hat, and a small personal first aid kit (band-aids, blister pads, any essentials you may need).

This is a weighted rucksak walk (provided for the walk) to level up the challenge and make it a true F45-style adventure 💪🎒

Bouddi National Park

Access is via sealed roads suitable for 2WD vehicles.

Parking is available in small bitumen car parks along Putty Beach Road and a larger car park at the end of the road.

Parking costs $8 per vehicle per day, payable by card at the pay machines or via the Park’nPay app.

Fresh air, coastal views, and moving together as a team — this is F45 Gosford, outdoors style!
