Acceptance into, and completion of, the CASBO CBO Business Executives Leadership (BEL) Program results in eligibility to take the CASBO CBO certification exam. Acceptances are considered on a rolling basis. Apply today!

Note: Travel and lodging for the CBO BEL onsite program dates are not included in program tuition.

Aspiring CBO BEL 2026-27 Program

To apply for the upcoming Aspiring CBO BEL program, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

Professional Experience:
- Currently aspiring to become a certified CBO. Individuals may be a current CBO new to their position, or a department director or senior titled role (or equivalent) that directly supports and reports to the CBO and/or Superintendent or other executive position.
- Must demonstrate 1-5+ years of experience in a district/county office of education on a current resume when applying.
