2026 TKBHA Boat and Operator Information and Agreement Form

Annual Harbor Registration

This form gathers essential information and required documentation for Boat Operators utilizing the harbor for the annual boating season. Boat Operators are asked to complete all sections, upload supporting documents as indicated, and confirm their agreement to abide by the Association's rules and regulations.

Note: There are a number of documents that need to be uploaded before submitting this form. Please have the documents ready to upload prior to moving forward with your registration as you will be required to upload it before submitting your form. Missing or incomplete documentation will delay your approval and distribution of dock keys and boat stickers.

1) Proof of Insurance - MUST show a $500,000 minimum property damage liability and TKBHA listed as additional insured or interested party. It must also show Name Address Policy Number Expiration Date.

2) Photograph of the Boat

Note: At this time the TKBHA does not support the charging of electric boats at the harbor. The electrical power stanchions located on the dock are for short term light maintenance of the boats, such as vacuming, and only while the boat is attended to. Any electrical connection to an unattended boat is a violation of association rules.

What’s Happens Next?

The submitted boat and operator information will be reviewed in the order received by the TKBHA. Both the TKBHA Member and Boat Operator will receive email notification of approval or rejection. Approved Operators will be provided information on receiving keys and boat stickers. Please note that if the documentation uploaded is unreadable or required criteria is insufficient, any review of resubmitted documents moves the submission to the back of the line.
