I’m so excited that you’ve made the decision to enjoy the life changing experience of having hair extensions. Hair extensions are a luxury service that can greatly enhance your natural beauty and confidence. Due to the time consuming nature and hair supplier’s policy, we require your agreement and understanding that hair extensions are 100% non-refundable. The purchase of the hair acts as a deposit for your extensions appointment. A credit card will be required to reserve your extensions services, and guests are subject to a 100% charge in the event an appointment is missed. The guest will also forfeit the cost of the hair. If the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, 90% of the cost of the service will be charged automatically. Purchased hair is non-refundable.
Extensions guests must also agree to the maintenance schedule to prevent any damage to your natural hair. Thank you and I can’t wait for you to enjoy your new hair!
- I acknowledge the service is final after starting the application
- I acknowledge I have (or will have) inspected the hair and approved that it may be installed by the stylist
- I agree that in the event I no longer want to wear the extensions, I am responsible for the total payment of services rendered and the service will not be refunded.
- I understand that Moore Beauty Lab is not responsible for the performance or longevity of extensions I purchase independently.
- I understand that my stylist is not responsible if an allergic reaction (i.e. silicone or metal allergy, or contact dermatitis) occurs.
- I am aware that with proper care, the installation should last until the next appointment (4-8 weeks).
- I understand if there is any heavy tangling or matting there will be an additional charge for the time needed to de-tangle/de-matte the extensions during the removal at the cost of $25 per 15 mins.
- I give permission for my stylist to use photos and videos taken before, during and after my service.
- I agree to pay current pricing for the stylist performing my service. I am aware that pricing may increase in the future. I am also aware that I can view pricing on moorebeautylab.glossgenius.com.
- I acknowledge waiting longer than 8 weeks for maintenance is not recommended and could result in damage to my natural hair and additional costs.
- I acknowledge that my stylist is not responsible for damage to my extensions or my own hair if I pursue color, extensions, cutting, or chemical service by another salon/stylist or by self. Also, if I attempt to remove the extensions myself or anyone else other than my stylist.
- I agree that any adjustments will be offered within 7 days of installation or may be subject to an addional fee if requested after 7 days.
- I understand that hair extensions services and hair purchases through Moore Beauty Lab, LLC are non-refundable.
