The 2026 Farmers Market season is May 2nd through October 31st, Saturdays only from 8 am to 12 pm.

Application fee must be submitted with application or mailed in soon after. Should your application not be approved, we will refund the fee. Applications are being reviewed early to mid March. You will receive an email notifying you about whether your application was approved.

Farmers please list all the produce/herbs/fruit you plan to sell at market. Bakers/Prepared Foods/Craft vendors please list the items you plan to make.

We are changing the way the word organic may be used at our market. Unless you are Certified Organic this word may no longer be used to describe your product. If you are selling prepared foods and using organic foods as part of your ingredients then your label may state that - example: organic flour, organic cane sugar, etc. But your product cannot be labeled organic. Production Methods: The goal of the Siloam Springs Farmers Market is to provide our community access to local food that is grown with safe and sustainable pest management practices. Please explain below how your pest management practices meet our market goal, including a list of pesticides/herbicides/fungicides used on your farm.

Farm/Business Inspections & Craft Jury Process: Market management reserves the right to complete farm/establishment inspections at any time during market season to ensure that products sold are in compliance with market guidelines and true to your application. Crafts sold at the market will need to be approved by market management. You can either send in photos of your product with this application or an appointment can be scheduled.

Photo Release: I hereby authorize Main Street Siloam Springs, hereafter referred to as “MSSS,” to publish photographs taken of me at MSSS produced events, and my name and likeness, for use in MSSS’ print, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other MSSS publications. I hereby release and hold harmless MSSS from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above. I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in MSSS marketing materials or other MSSS publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever. I hereby release MSSS, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.

To help us maintain the quality and variety of our market, all new and returning applicants are required to pay a $30 application fee. This contribution goes directly toward the administrative efforts of our Farmers Market Manager. Once your fee is processed, our team will review your application and get back to you within 7-10 business days.
