ROW14 Morning Runs Participation Waiver

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Morning Runs at ROW14, I acknowledge that running and related activities are potentially hazardous and involve a risk of injury, illness, or even death. I certify that I am medically able to participate and am in good health. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician before engaging in this activity.

I am aware that risks associated with running include but are not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic, uneven terrain, and conditions of roads, trails, or sidewalks. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, and accept full responsibility for my participation.

I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the organizers of ROW14, including event staff, volunteers, sponsors, and their representatives, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the Morning Runs, including those arising from the negligence of any of the released parties.

I agree to abide by all event rules and instructions of event officials, and understand that failure to follow directions or rules may result in my removal from participation.

I grant permission to ROW14 and its representatives to use photographs, video, or other records of my participation for promotional purposes without compensation.

By signing below I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver, that I am voluntarily participating, and that I am giving up substantial rights by signing this document.
