Teacher Training Tuition & Refund Policy Agreement
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the Embodhi Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training program:
1. Deposit Policy
A $500 deposit is required to reserve my space in the training. I understand that this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. This also applies to Early Bird option paid in full.
2. Refunds Prior to Start Date
If I choose to withdraw from the program prior to the official start date, any tuition paid beyond the $500 deposit will be refunded. This also applies to Early Bird tuition option paid in full.
3. No Refund After Program Begins
I understand that once the training has officially begun, all tuition payments are non-refundable. By beginning the program, I acknowledge that I have committed to completing the training and honoring my financial responsibility.
4. Transfer to Future Training (Studio Discretion)
In the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstance, I may request a transfer to a future Embodhi Yoga Teacher Training. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by Embodhi Yoga.
If approved:
Tuition paid (excluding the $500 deposit) may be applied toward one future training within 12 months.
Only one transfer is permitted.
Any price difference between trainings must be paid prior to the future training start date.
5. Commitment Agreement
I understand that enrollment in this training reserves a limited space in a small cohort. My participation affects the integrity of the group container. I agree to honor my commitment to the program once it begins.
