It’s about taking up space, embracing your power, and moving with purpose. Every class is designed to uplift and empower, on and off the dance floor! 💃🏻

  • Terms and Conditions

    By registering for the SHEEnayaw Dance Class, participants agree to abide by the following:

    1. Privacy and Data Protection
      • Personal information collected will be used only for event-related purposes and handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
    2. Registration and Slots
      • Slots are limited and will be confirmed only upon completion of registration. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
    3. Payment and Refund Policy
      • Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you’ve already registered and decide to join another class, please purchase and register for it separately.
    4. Event Entry Requirements
      • Only registered participants will be allowed entry to the event. A valid government-issued ID must be presented for verification upon entry. The name used during registration must match the name on the valid ID for security purposes.
    5. Health and Safety
      • If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms, please refrain from attending the event. Participants for the dance class are also expected to follow safety instructions provided by the instructors.
    6. Code of Conduct
      • Respect and courtesy toward fellow participants, instructors, and organizers are expected at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.

  • Participant Details

    SHEEnayaw is open for ages 5 and above. A Minor’s Consent Form is required for participants below legal age. All registrants must also complete a Waiver Agreement upon submission of the form.

  • IMPORTANT REMINDERS


    Full Name & Valid ID

    • Ensure that the FULL NAME matches a Valid ID with photo, which must be presented upon registration at the venue.
    • For Kids Classes, a School ID with name and photo only is acceptable. However, we would appreciate it if an ID with name, photo, and birthdate is to be presented upon registration.


    Child Registration for Kids Classes

    • The name of the child attending the dance class must match the information entered in the registration form.
    • Details of the attending guardian must also be submitted at the end of the form. The guardian must present a Valid ID with photo upon registration.
    • Waiting area is limited and is at the parking area only.
    • Maximum Parent/Guardian Ratio = 1 Parent/Guardian : 2 Children

     
    Double Up Combo (1 Kids Class + 1 Adult Class)

    • If registering for the Double Up Combo, first register the child’s information below this section of the form.
    • At the end of the form, fill out details for the attending guardian.
    • It is possible to have an additional attending guardian for the child, separate from the adult class attendee. In this case, three people’s details must be included:
      1. Child attending the dance class (below this section)
      2. Adult class attendee (at the end of the form)
      3. Guardian of the child (at the end of the form)

    IMPORTANT: For those attending kids class, name and birthdate must always correspond to the child attending the dance class, even if email and phone number belong to the parent/guardian.

    Choose only ONE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT to be registered. Failure of registering ONE ACTIVE VALID account on X or Instagram automatically FORFEITS your slot. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ENTERTAINED. For Kids Class, X (Twitter) or Instagram account of Parent/Guardian accompanying the attendee at SHEEnayaw may be registered.

        Kindly choose the appropriate class for your age! Kid's Class is open for 5-12 years old. SHEEnayaw Femme & Hiphop classes are open for 13 years old and above. Minors are required to comply to the Parent's Consent Form after payment. For those availing the Double-Up Combo, ensure that child's information were entered correctly in the previous section of the form to proceed accordingly.

      • INSTALLMENT PAYMENT GUIDELINES

        For installment payments, minimum of 50% down payment is required upon registration, and the remaining balance is due on or before March 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM. You may also opt to pay in full upon registration. The down payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Deadlines are STRICTLY ENFORCED.

        • LOW PRIORITY for ALL BINI Sheena Official events until June 2026
        • LOSS OF INSTALLMENT PRIVILEGE for ALL BINI Sheena Official events in 2026

      • By registering for and participating in the SHEEnayaw Dance Class, I, {fullName}, acknowledge and agree to the following:

        • I understand that dance involves physical activity that may include stretching, repetitive movement, or strenuous activity. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this class, including the risk of injury or accident.
        • I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating. I will inform the organizers of any relevant health conditions prior to class.
        • I understand that photos/videos may be taken during the class for documentation and promotional purposes. By signing this waiver, I grant permission to use my image, unless I notify the organizers otherwise.

        Don't forget to bring your stamp card on SHEEnayaw! For those who will take their 5th class and stamp, you may claim the SHEEnayaw exclusive unseen photocard upon registration!
