Nomination Form: Volunteer of the Year

Nominate someone who has made a meaningful difference in Piedmont through their volunteer service.
This year, the City will recognize two individuals: Volunteer of the Year and Young Volunteer of the Year.

Nominations will be reviewed using a blind scoring process that looks at measurable impact, service dedication, innovation/leadership, and character/values. See the City Council's adopted Volunteer of the Year Policy for details, and examples of the types of services that may be recognized.
