We are excited to welcome you to the Annual Conference in Wichita, Kansas, as we gather under this year’s theme, Love Extravagantly. This is a time to come together in faith, deepen our fellowship, and renew our shared commitment to the mission God has placed before us. As we worship, pray, and engage in meaningful conversation, we look ahead with hope—believing that through holy love, God will continue to move among us and multiply His work in powerful ways. A T-shirt with the Love Extravagantly logo will be available by preorder only. These will NOT be available to purchase at Annual Conference. If interested, please add to the cart at checkout.

Boxed lunches will be provided on site both Thursday and Friday to encourage connection and fellowship, making it easier for everyone to stay together and get to know one another. Gluten-free options will be available.

The ordination service will be on Saturday, June 6th. Everyone is welcome to attend. All clergy are expected to stay and support our ordinands.

We recommend that you do not delay in making your lodging and travel arrangements!

Childcare Options:

We will have childcare options; please see Childcare Selection below for more information. A separate registration form is required to register any children attending.

Choir:

We invite conference attendees who are interested in singing with a small ensemble to accompany the worship team to express their interest below. Because space is limited, we are seeking confident singers who can carry harmony with ease and are comfortable leading worship through expressive, heartfelt engagement.

Please prayerfully consider whether this is the right opportunity for you to offer your gifts.

A Time to Connect:

On Thursday evening, we will offer a gathering with our General Conference Delegates during dinner as an optional add-on to your registration. During this time, delegates will share updates, respond to questions, and listen to the thoughts and concerns of those in attendance. Pizza will be provided for an additional cost of $10. Please note that we are unable to accommodate special food requests. If you are interested in participating, be sure to add this option during checkout for $10. Our delegates are deeply grateful for the opportunity to represent the Heartland and look forward to connecting with you.

Lodging Options: We have secured some blocks with the Marriott Courtyard Downtown and the Hyatt. There are many hotel options in Wichita; please feel free to book outside of our blocks. Please click here to view the lodging options.

Please use the drop-down menu below to choose which status you are using to register for the conference. It may be helpful for you to click here to review the voting status chart so you can make the appropriate choice.  If you are senior status and under active appointment, choose Elder or Deacon under appointment and not senior status.

Please note that if you are NOT a delegate but would like to participate in the conference register as an a Observer.  An Observer will NOT vote. 

If you have been asked to serve on the Serve Team by the Annual Conference Planning Committee with clean-up, hospitality, registration, worship team, etc., and you are NOT a delegate, please choose "Serve Team."  Thank you for your service!

The registration fee through May 1st is $100 per delegate (Lay or Clergy, with voice and/or vote) and $75 for an observer. Late registration after May 1st will increase by $25.

**Registration includes box lunches for Thursday, June 4th and Friday, June 5th.

If you would like to order a T-shirt, the fee is $15 per shirt. T-shirts will NOT be available for purchase at Annual Conference.

A printed version of the Annual Conference Workbook is available to order for $20 per copy and will be available for pickup at Annual Conference. We will not have extra copies available for purchase at Annual Conference.
