- All Riders of Vehicles entered under my school/organisation (in school categories) are currently enrolled/attending students.
- All team members will comply with the category requirements for the Adelaide University Pedal Prix Racing Championship, as set out in the Championship Information available on the website;
- At all events where this team competes I will ensure the presence of appropriately briefed Team Manager/s to represent this school/institution who will be responsible for the team and to ensure all its members and those associated with the team comply with their obligations, conduct themselves in accordance with the Championship requirements as documented in the 2026 Championship Information, Vehicle Specifications and Event Manuals and ensure the team vehicle complies with all items on the Form 2A - Team Manager’s Checklist; and
- I accept, on behalf of the team, the CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 2026 agreed to during the electronic entry process that are a requirement of this team being accepted into any Adelaide University Pedal Prix Racing Championship event.
