This is not a project manager or coordinator role. You are the lead strategist and owner for your accounts: you set the plan, brief the team, challenge ideas, push back on bad requests, and are ultimately responsible for results.

Important Notes
$2,500-$5,000 USD/month base + monthly team performance bonus
Remote-only role, 40 hours/wk, standard business working hours
You must be based in Latin America and work in a LATAM timezone
