2026 Little Sisters Registration

Parents,

We are excited to announce plans for our 2026 Little Sisters Program. The Little Sisters is a mentoring program and a part of the Miss West Virginia and Miss America Competitions. Our chapter of the Miss America Little Sisters is named West Virginia Dream Gals.

The Miss West Virginia Competition will be held June 18, 19, and 20 at Airborne Event Center in Martinsburg. The Little Sisters will appear in the show all three nights.

Little Sisters must be entering the 1st grade in the fall and no older than 13 years old by September 1.

Our Little Sisters will arrive for practice on Thursday morning, June 18, at 10 am. They will be dismissed at 4 pm. Rehearsals and activities will continue on Friday and Saturday. A detailed schedule will be provided for you closer to the event.

This year, our Little Sisters will be featured in a production number. This is optional, but in the past, it was great fun.

Little Sisters will receive an official Miss America Little Sisters state crown and sash, a 2026 t-shirt, and a copy of our 2026 Souvenir Magazine.

NEW THIS YEAR: If your Little Sister participated in 2025 and she still has her crown, you are not obligated to purchase a new one. If your little sister did not participate last year, you will be required to purchase the official Miss America Little Sisters Crown for $25.

A parent will receive a ticket for the preliminary nights, June 18 and 19, to watch the show with your daughter in our section reserved for the Little Sisters. For the finals, we will have a watch party in the activity room where all the Little Sisters will watch the live stream on the screen until they are needed on stage. You may watch the live stream with your daughter in the activity room; OR you may purchase a ticket to watch the finals in the theatre.

As last year, you will have the opportunity to sell ad space to feature your daughter in our souvenir magazine. This information will be provided once you register.

The fee to participate is $275, and the registration deadline is May 1st.
