Participant, Booking, Liability & Media Release Agreement

By booking or participating in an event with Meme Mugs & Memories,
I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Photo & Video Release

I grant Meme Mugs & Memories permission to photograph and/or record video of me and, if applicable, members of my group and minors during the event.

These images and recordings may be used for lawful business purposes, including website content, social media, marketing, and advertising (digital or print).

I understand that no compensation will be provided and waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials. This release remains valid indefinitely unless revoked in writing.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

I understand that participation in a painting event involves the use of art materials, studio furniture, tools, and shared spaces, which may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, spills, allergic reactions, or minor injuries.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for myself and, if applicable, for all members of my group.

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Meme Mugs & Memories, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the event, including those resulting from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law

Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows

● Cancellations made 10 or more days before the event receive a full refund.
● Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event are non-refundable.
● One reschedule is allowed if requested within 10 days of the event and must occur within 60 days of the original date.
● No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward a future event.

BYOB Policy

● Guests may bring their own beverages in accordance with studio rules and local laws.
● Alcohol is not provided by Meme Mugs & Memories.
● Guests providing and/or consuming alcohol must be 21+ and agree to drink responsibly.
● Meme Mugs & Memories is not responsible for incidents, injuries, or damages related to alcohol consumption.
● The studio will not allow anyone to be unsafe or present disruptive behavior Meme Mugs & Memories reserves the right to remove anyone from its studio/event.

Booking & Payment

● A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
● The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
● Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

Guest Responsibility & Disclaimers

● Personal Belongings: The studio is not responsible for lost, damaged, or paint-stained personal items.
● Allergies/Sensitivities: Non-toxic materials are used; guests are responsible for managing any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions.
● Unforeseen Circumstances: Events affected by severe weather, power outages, or emergencies will follow the studio’s rescheduling policy.
● Unclaimed Artwork: Artwork left more than 15 days after the event will be discarded. Shipping may be arranged at the guest’s expense.
