These are the event details:
Location: Launch SA, 600 Soledad Street San Antonio,Texas 78205
Event Date: February 25, 2026
Load-in & Set up time:5:00pm-6:00pm
Event time: 6:00-8:00pm
Breakdown: 8:00-8:30pm

Participants will be provided with a 6ft table by 2 ft. If you need a bigger table feel free to bring your own. There will be limited space for extra signage. Participants will need to bring there own table cloth and any other materials needed.
