I declare that I will hold, for the duration of the Open meeting, a valid certificate of insurance including Third Party Liability cover of not less than £3,000,000 (pounds sterling) for any one accident. • I confirm that each person who will be sailing is capable of swimming a distance of 50 metres in sailing clothing. • I undertake to sail in compliance with the RYA Racing Charter. • I have attached a Parental / Guardian Declaration form for each person who will be sailing and is aged under 18 on Saturday 1st May 2026. • I have declared any known medical conditions
