  • Live6 Alliance is proud to provide assistance to qualified owner-occupied households in Northwest Detroit. To be considered, applicants must provide:

    • Proof of ownership (deed or ownership document)
    • Proof of occupancy (utility bill, mortgage statement, etc.)
    • Proof of property tax compliance (receipt or payment plan)
    • Homeowner’s insurance (declarations page)

    (Optional:)

    • Photos of requested repair needs
    • Photo of the front of the home with address visible
    • Power of Attorney documentation (if applicable)

    This program is for owner-occupied homes only. Rental or tenant-occupied properties do not qualify. Repairs are limited to the scope approved by the program and must be completed within the project timeline.
