ICONic Riverfest is a cleanup event focused on improving the quality and safety of the water trails throughout the region, hosted by ICON Water Trails. The event will kick off with a morning coffee hour at Water Works Park at 9:00 am, where volunteers will check in before heading to their designated cleanup sites. Clean ups will be taking place across our jurisdictions from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm and will focus on trash and invasive species removal. Following the clean ups, volunteers will gather back at Water Works Park for lunch and live music to celebrate the day’s efforts, with the day wrapping up at 2:00 pm. This event offers a fantastic chance to support environmental conservation and water quality in our region.

Thursday, June 11, will be held as a rain a date following the same schedule as above.

Event Details
We will provide sunscreen, bug spray, work gloves, and all necessary cleanup supplies. Please wear closed-toed shoes and clothing you're comfortable getting dirty in. Long pants are recommended. We will have coffee and refreshments in the morning, and lunch will be provided after the cleanup. Water stations will also be available.
