The Art Association of Rutherford and the Johnson Public Library reserve the right to decline or reject any submitted artwork that does not meet stated requirements or align with the theme of the exhibition. Each submitted piece is evaluated independently for entry, and partial acceptance may occur, meaning one work may be accepted while another by the same artist may not.

I attest and affirm that this entry is my original work and is submitted to the Johnson Public Library 2026 Group Exhibition in accordance with all the conditions and requirements stated on this application. Further, I pledge to release the Art Association of Rutherford, the exhibition committee members, and the Johnson Public Library and its employees from all liability in the event of damage, loss, or theft of my artwork whatever the cause even though the utmost care will be taken.
