Scholarship Commitment & Attendance Policy
By accepting a camp scholarship, you are reserving a space that has been made possible through generous community support. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If a student who has been awarded a scholarship is unable to attend camp, a parent or guardian must notify us as soon as possible so the space may be offered to another student. Failure to provide notice and not attending camp (a “no-show”) may result in ineligibility for future scholarship opportunities. Our goal is to ensure that scholarship funds are used responsibly and that as many students as possible have access to meaningful arts experiences.
