For good and valuable consideration, I grant Kids In Need Foundation and its affiliates (collectively, “Foundation”), corporate and philanthropic partners, sponsors, or other relevant parties (“Licensing Parties”), the perpetual and irrevocable non‐exclusive, worldwide, royalty‐free right to (a) use, reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform, and publish digital videos and photographs of me and/or the students whose image and likeness have been provided by me pursuant to the school’s media consent policy and procedures (“Images”), and (b) use the Images in connection with marketing, promotional, and instructional materials, including social media, to promote or otherwise inform or educate others about the Foundation’s programs, or (c) use the Images for any other non‐commercial purpose that furthers the charitable and educational mission of the Foundation. I waive any right to inspect or approve any finished product, manuscript, or advertising that incorporates the Images. I release and hold harmless the Licensing Parties, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees and assigns from any and all claims or liability related to the use of these Images. I acknowledge that my participation and that of the students depicted in the Images is voluntary and that we will not receive financial compensation. I agree that the publication of these Images confers no rights of ownership or royalties.
