I, {customerName}, the cardholder, acknowledge that I am making a payment to Wrench On Wheels for mobile automotive services, diagnostics, repairs, labor, parts, and/or materials provided to me as described in my service agreement or invoice.

By providing my electronic signature, I confirm that:

* I authorize Wrench On Wheels to charge the agreed amount to my selected payment method.

* I understand that I am responsible for full payment of all authorized services, including labor, parts, diagnostic fees, travel/service call fees, and any additional services approved after initial inspection.

* I understand that additional issues discovered during service may require further authorization and payment.

* I acknowledge that payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

* I understand that a 4% convenience fee applies to all credit card payments processed through our online payment system.

* I confirm that I have reviewed and agreed to the terms and conditions provided by Wrench On Wheels.

* I have had the opportunity to ask questions and am satisfied with the explanations provided.

By signing electronically below, I agree to these terms and authorize this transaction.

 

I, {customerName}, the cardholder, acknowledge that this payment made on my credit card represents a partial payment for mobile automotive services, diagnostics, repairs, labor, parts, materials, and/or service call fees provided by Wrench On Wheels.

I confirm that I am the authorized cardholder and have full authority to approve all charges to this card. I understand that this payment does not satisfy the full balance owed unless expressly stated in writing and that I remain responsible for any remaining balance, including but not limited to:

-Additional labor required after inspection
-Additional parts or materials approved during service
-Diagnostic fees
-Travel/service call fees
-Taxes and applicable processing fees
-Payment must be made according to the agreed payment terms.

Chargeback Policy
I acknowledge and agree that initiating a credit card chargeback is not a valid method to resolve any dispute related to services provided by Wrench On Wheels, including but not limited to:

-Disputes regarding labor time
-Diagnostic findings
-Parts installed
-Additional repairs approved
-Service quality concerns
-Delays caused by parts availability
-Disagreement with repair recommendations

I understand that Wrench On Wheels operates under a legally binding service agreement governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

If I have a dispute, I agree to use one of the following resolution methods:

Submit a written dispute directly to Wrench On Wheels for review and resolution.
Request mediation or binding arbitration in the State of Colorado.
File a civil action in the appropriate county court within the State of Colorado.

I understand that any chargeback initiated without legal justification may result in:

-Immediate account delinquency
-Late fees (where applicable)
-Collection activity
-Recovery of legal fees and administrative costs permitted under Colorado law.

By signing below, the Cardholder agree's and confirm's their agreement to abide by their Cardholder agreement and be liable for any payment to Wrench on Wheels.
