  • Musicians and Performers Roster 
    Application

    Rolling Deadline: Applications reviewed in March and September

  • The City of West Hollywood, through its Arts Division, is seeking musicians, DJ's and performers to be added to our Musicians and Performers Roster (“Roster”). The roster is what we use to program City events, such as Summer and Winter Sounds, creating playlists, etc. Typical performances will feature 90-minute, in-person, suitable for all ages, music performances.

    The application should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.
    In addition to contact information and social media, please have ready:
    • 3 links to music samples
    • 3 promotional photos
    • a brief bio

    Approved applicants will remain on the Roster for 2 years. Applicants who were approved for the Roster in 2025 do not need to re-apply.

    BUDGET: The selected applicants will receive an honorarium for their participation. Artist fees are negotiable and will be commensurate with experience, production cost, and acclamation.

    ELIGIBILITY: City of West Hollywood elected and appointed officials, its employees, and their immediate family members are not eligible to apply.
