2026 Farm, Home, & Youth Fair Sponsorship Form
  • Dear Fair Sponsor:

The Farm, Home & Youth Foundation of Montgomery County, which is a 501(C)(3) non-profit, will be hosting an in-person, open to the public fair August 6-8, 2026 this year! If you have supported our event in the past, we truly appreciate it.  We could not hold this Fair without assistance from the community and businesses like yours.

As in the past, the Fair will feature 4-H and open class exhibits and offer families the opportunity to learn about animals, textiles, and other displays.  Thousands of people from all over the county visit our fair.

The 2026 Fair will be held on these dates and times:

    • Thursday, Aug. 6, 4 PM – 9:30 PM
    • Friday, Aug. 7, 9 AM – 9:30 PM
    • Saturday, Aug. 8, 9 AM – 4 PM

In order for the Fair to be successful, we must rent many tents, tables, and chairs, and hire entertainment.  We are requesting your generous financial support to offset some of our costs.

We have different sponsorship levels and will recognize your organization or personal contribution as outlined on the 2026 Fair Sponsorship Levels sheet.  To become a sponsor, please complete the Sponsorship Application and submit your donation.

While we prefer checks, if you would like to pay by credit card, please contact Kevin McGinnis, Facility Manager at the FHY Complex, at (484) 973-6110, and he will handle your transaction.

Sponsorship applications are due by July 1, and after we receive your application, you will be contacted to set up your recognition package.

We sincerely appreciate your consideration and support, which will help us make the 2026 Fair a memorable, enjoyable, and educational experience for fair-goers.

    Sincerely,

    Kevin McGinnis,

    FHY FAIR Committee Member
