It is with great appreciation that I welcome you to Premiere Counseling's flagship program. Thank you for committing to this premium level of personalized support—your commitment to this journey reflects profound courage and dedication, and I am privileged to walk alongside you as your guide and advocate.

Service Description: 

Premiere Counseling is our premier, high-touch/low volume program tailored for high-achieving high school students ready to maximize their potential and well-being. Through personalized virtual sessions, a structured yet flexible curriculum, and dedicated encouragement, we make the process of personal growth, emotional resilience, and college/life preparation engaging, effective, and deeply empowering—equipping students to step confidently into their elevated future."

Expectations:

• Student: Show up fully for every scheduled session and come prepared by sharing key details. Dive in actively—ask questions, take notes, try new ideas, and own the process. This is your journey. Mistakes are part of growth; we’ll celebrate the wins and learn from the stumbles together. You’ve got this—watch yourself surprise yourself as you crush it!
• Parent Involvement (optional): We strongly encourage parents to let students take the lead in sessions for maximum growth.  Guardians are always welcome to schedule quick phone calls to review what we covered and discuss next steps for your student or to jump into the end of the session if time permits.
• Provider: We'll bring top-notch advice from seasoned college admissions pros, packed with insider tips and tailored suggestions just for you. Your info stays confidential, and we'll tackle any questions during our active sessions. 

Key Deliverables and Support:

Premiere Counseling delivers high-touch, retainer-based support tailored to ambitious students in grades 8–10 (and their families), with the flexibility to extend through each year. This flagship program employs an omakase expert approach—entrusting the direction of your student's growth to my seasoned expertise. I observe progress in real time, adapt strategies dynamically as the student develops and evolves, and deliver customized recommendations live, ensuring every intervention is precisely calibrated to their unique needs, challenges, and emerging strengths. This fluid, responsive method maximizes outcomes far beyond rigid, one-size-fits-all plans.

All support is provided virtually for maximum convenience and focus. Services are counseling and advisory in nature, aimed at personal development, academic strategy, and emotional resilience—not medical, psychiatric, or clinical treatment.

• Strategic Course Planning and Long-Term Path Design
  Comprehensive guidance on course selection, extracurricular alignment, and four-year high school trajectory to position the student for leadership roles and top-tier college fits. Early start maximizes time to shape an exceptional profile.

• Bi-Weekly Grade Monitoring and Progress Tracking
  Regular review of academic performance, with actionable feedback and adjustments to maintain consistent momentum and address any dips promptly.

• Finals Preparation Session
  Dedicated, targeted prep sessions each fall and spring semester to build confidence, reduce stress, and optimize performance during high-stakes periods

• Regular, On-Retainer Check-Ins and Communication
  Unlimited access for the student via phone, email, and scheduled Zoom sessions (as needed and reasonably requested) for ongoing encouragement, problem-solving, quick consultations, and real-time strategy tweaks.

• Annual Year-End Comprehensive Report
  A detailed, personalized summary at the end of each academic year, highlighting achievements, key insights for continued growth, identified strengths/weaknesses, and a customized roadmap for the upcoming year.

• Real Data on Your High School’s Track Record
  Access stats on performance trends and benchmarks while understanding where you fall.

• Personalized Tips for Meaningful Extracurriculars
  Enhance your profile with depth-focused activities, research, or internships that align with your passions.

• Long-Term Client Benefits
  Students enrolled in Premiere Counseling for a minimum of two consecutive years qualify for Comprehensive Counseling status, unlocking renewal discounts and access to our proven track record (including a 92% success rate for admission to two or more target schools).

 

Cost:

Total Fee: $7,499

Our refund policy is straightforward and designed to give you flexibility:

• Full refund (minus a 3% processing fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before the first scheduled session.
• Up to 50% refund (minus a 3% processing fee, based on work completed) if you cancel within 60 days of signup.
• No refunds after the 61st day from signup.

 

Duration:

Premiere Counseling is a full-year journey aligned with the academic school year—your student’s personal varsity-level extracurricular.

We demand excellence because the payoff is theirs: stronger profile, sharper skills, and real confidence. Parents, you get to step back, cheer from the stands, and witness the transformation—mistakes included, wins celebrated.

We’ll meet regularly (virtual mini-sessions + ongoing check-ins), monitor progress, and deliver a detailed year-end roadmap. Life happens—we adjust together. This is about consistent, intentional investment in your student’s future, not just clocking hours.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice (email is fine!).

If you (the client) choose to terminate:

• At least 7 days before the first session: Full refund per our policy, minus a 3% administrative fee for processing.
• Within 60 days of signup: Up to 50% refund (based on work completed), minus a 3% administrative fee.
• After 61 days: No refund, but we'll wrap up any ongoing work amicably and provide any materials we've prepared.
• We may terminate for reasons like non-payment or breach of expectations, but we'll give you a fair chance to resolve it first. Upon any termination, all obligations end except for payments already due and our mutual confidentiality commitments. Let's keep things positive—if something's not working, just chat with us!

 

Liability & Disclaimers:

Premiere Prep cannot guarantee admission to any specific college or university—admissions decisions are ultimately made by the institutions themselves and depend on many factors beyond our control.

That said, our students consistently achieve strong outcomes when they fully engage in the process. We focus on the journey: building skills, confidence, and a standout profile over time. Great results come from long-term commitment, consistent effort, and learning from every step (including setbacks, which are part of growth).

All guidance is general, advisory, and based on our experience as college admissions professionals. The client (and student) assumes full responsibility for all decisions, applications, and actions taken. Premiere Prep is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from this agreement.

Governing Law:

This contract is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Orange County, California.

Amendments: Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
