As a client, you have the right to raise concerns or file a grievance if you feel you have been treated unfairly or have concerns about the conduct or performance of a Building Futures employee.
We recognize that sharing concerns can feel difficult. Clients are encouraged to use the grievance process in the way that feels most comfortable to them. Support and reasonable accommodation are available upon request
Any client who chooses to file a grievance will not be subject to retaliation, punishment, or other negative consequences because of the grievance, regardless of how the matter is resolved. All grievances will be investigated in good faith and in a timely manner
