    Please submit three (3) to five (5) high quality photos of your merchandise/ market display. We will use these to advertise your business and promote the Maker & Merchant Market. You may also submit a LOGO png file to hello@thebarn1880.com
  • Application & Payment Policy.

    Due to the high volume of vendor applications, only applicants selected to participate will be contacted. Vendor participation is not guaranteed until payment is received in full. Booth Fees:• $40 per booth for Returning Vendors (covers all three event dates)• $50 per booth for New Vendors (covers all three event dates)Vendors choosing to participate in fewer than all three dates will not receive a discounted rate. No refunds. Once approved, The Barn 1880 will issue an invoice payable by credit card. Booth space is secured only upon receipt of payment. Location: The Barn 1880: Historic Venue, 2076 N 100 E., Warsaw, IN 46582. Admission: Free Public Admission

  • Booth Location & Size Preferences: Vendors may indicate a preferred location including Inside – Upper Level (Granary & Hayloft), Inside – Lower Level (Stone Cellar), Weather Permitting – Outside Upper Level (Circle Drive), or Weather Permitting – Outside Lower Level (Patio). Booth size options include an 8x8 indoor booth (suitable for one 6-foot table) or a 10x10 outdoor booth. Indoor booth spaces are limited and restricted to 8x8 due to venue layout and fire code regulations. Final booth placement and overall layout are determined solely at the discretion of The Barn 1880 to ensure proper event flow, safety compliance, vendor category balance, and the overall market experience. Submission of a preference does not guarantee placement in any specific area. Booth assignments are final once confirmed and will not be adjusted. Dissatisfaction with booth location does not constitute grounds for refund or fee reduction.

  • Vendor Compliance & Legal Responsibility

    By submitting this application, Vendor acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent business and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Vendor is responsible for: Collecting and remitting all applicable sales tax to the State of Indiana. Filing all required state and federal tax documentation. Obtaining and maintaining any required permits, licenses, inspections, or certifications. Food vendors must comply with all applicable health department regulations and are responsible for securing any required temporary food permits, retail food establishment permits, or other applicable approvals. Home-Based Vendor Law (Indiana) and Cottage Food Law (Indiana and Michigan, if applicable to Vendor’s production location) apply. Vendors are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws governing the production, labeling, and sale of their products. The Barn 1880 assumes no responsibility for Vendor tax reporting, licensing, food safety compliance, or regulatory adherence. By signing below, Vendor affirms compliance with the above requirements.
