Booth Location & Size Preferences: Vendors may indicate a preferred location including Inside – Upper Level (Granary & Hayloft), Inside – Lower Level (Stone Cellar), Weather Permitting – Outside Upper Level (Circle Drive), or Weather Permitting – Outside Lower Level (Patio). Booth size options include an 8x8 indoor booth (suitable for one 6-foot table) or a 10x10 outdoor booth. Indoor booth spaces are limited and restricted to 8x8 due to venue layout and fire code regulations. Final booth placement and overall layout are determined solely at the discretion of The Barn 1880 to ensure proper event flow, safety compliance, vendor category balance, and the overall market experience. Submission of a preference does not guarantee placement in any specific area. Booth assignments are final once confirmed and will not be adjusted. Dissatisfaction with booth location does not constitute grounds for refund or fee reduction.
