    Hi friend! Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. If you feel as though your piece is beginning to fade or has faded over time, please fill out this form and I will do my best to refresh your piece!

  • Please be advised that there is a touch up policy in effect. All first time minor touchups are free* within the first three months from your last tattoo appointment. There is NO deposit required to book your touch up, including one free reschedule given 48 hours notice. However, in the event of a no-show or last minute cancellation, your complimentary touch up will be forfeited and a paid one will take place along with the reschedule (please do not hesitate to reach out in case of an emergency).

    * All touch ups completed within 1.5hrs will be complimentary. In the event the touch up requires additional hours (2hr+) to complete or large sleeve pieces, an hourly rate of $60+tax will take effect to cover working time and supply costs.   

    *Any subsequent touch-up time beyond the first complimentary session will be billed at an hourly rate $60/hr+tax

  • By clicking submit you, as the client, are consenting to providing your valid contact info and tattoo inquiry where I am able to get in touch with you regarding your appointment. If there are mistakes on your jotform, please do NOT fill out another form, but rather email me instead. 

    All submissions and confirmed appointments are at a First Come First Serve basis and solidified though a deposit made to the shop at a later time. I will NOT ask for any excessive payments in advance regarding your session. inkbykitty.bookings@gmail.com is my ONLY method of contact for emails. inkbykitty and florabykitty on Instagram are my ONLY accounts. Please confirm with me if you are unsure if it is a scammer. Scamming clients have been on the rise.

    I, Inkbykitty will do my due diligence to provide the utmost care and exceptional service for all my clients in a safe space. Myself and the work environment have a ZERO tolerance policy on bullying, discrimination, harassment, racism or abuse against coworkers and other clients. All deposits will be forfeighted on sight and the client will be charged without further booking in the unlikelihood of such occurance. 

    Please be aware our shop does not have an elevator as it is an old building. Please bring someone who will be able to assist you if you need aid going up the stairs.
