Childbirth Education Series
Our Community- Based Childbirth Series is a 4-week series put in place to address the maternal and infant outcomes in Franklin County. The purpose of this series is to equip expectant birth people and support with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to navigate the birthing experience and the early days of parenthood. A safe birth is your birth right and essential to our ancestral liberation and as we call ourselves home we honor this journey from a spiritual, emotional, physical and transitional point of view while honoring ourselves and the sacredness of birth. This series uplifts our lived experiences and the importance of community in collective healing through education and wellness.
